Gross rental income actually collected on your spot during the period, multiplied by your tier's share. So a spot generating €500 a month at 94% occupancy on the annual tier returns roughly €5,076 over a year. Every statement itemises gross income, occupancy, the fee, and your net.

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. You are paid from rental income that was actually collected, so a quiet period reduces that period's payout. What we can show you is the site's occupancy history, updated every month. The portfolio average is 94%.

A management fee equal to 100% minus your payout tier. On the quarterly tier you keep 83% of gross rental income and Centripark keeps 17%, which covers the operator relationship, letting, collection, reporting, and support. There are no entry fees, no exit fees, and no hidden charges.

Income from parking operating rights is generally taxable as rental or other income in your country of residence, and cross-border withholding may apply depending on where the asset sits. Maintenance, damage, and user disputes are the operator's responsibility, not yours, so you never receive a repair bill. If a site becomes unusable for an extended period, the contract sets out how income is suspended and how your rights are relocated or bought out.

Your contract is over an identified spot at a named site and survives us. It is not a claim on Centripark's balance sheet. Subscription funds are held in a client account separate from our operating accounts, and management of existing contracts would transfer to another administrator or directly to the site operator.

Yes. Operating rights are transferable, so you are not locked in for the full term. You give notice, we value the rights off the remaining term and the site's current performance, then place them with an existing holder, the wider waiting list, or via a buy-back. The honest caveat: it completes once a suitable buyer is found, not on demand, and the price may be more or less than you paid. You keep receiving income right up to the transfer date. At the end of the term your rights are either bought back by the operator at the pre-agreed formula in your contract, or sold on to a new holder. Proceeds are paid to your registered bank account, usually within 30 days of the term ending.

Yes, and most holders do. We contact you roughly six months before the term ends with the sites available for a rollover, and matured capital can be rolled straight into new rights without passing back through your bank account.
