City-centre parking has some of the steadiest yield characteristics of any urban property, yet almost no private buyer has ever had access to it. We built the platform that fixes that.
For decades, central parking inventory in Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Milan and Madrid has been held by a small number of operators, REITs, and institutional landlords. The economics are well known to them: occupancy hovers above 90%, tariffs track inflation, and management overhead is light if you have scale. What was missing was a vehicle that let an individual buy in at the spot level rather than the building level.
Centripark is that vehicle. We acquire long-term operating rights on prime parking sites, break them up spot by spot, and offer them to private buyers. Established local operators handle letting, pricing, collection, and maintenance. You hold the contract on an identified spot and receive net rental income on the schedule you choose.
We don't want to sell you a financial product. We want to sell you a share of city-centre parking that quietly pays you while you do something else with your day.
