Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful. Centripark does not onboard US persons, because it is not registered with the SEC and claims no exemption, and does not onboard applicants resident in, or holding funds connected to, countries under comprehensive UK, EU or UN sanctions. Every applicant is screened for sanctions and politically-exposed-person status before a contract is issued, and we decline or unwind anything that does not clear.
Currently restricted: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and the United States.
Sanctions regimes change frequently. This list is reviewed periodically, is not exhaustive, and does not replace the screening carried out at onboarding. If your country is not listed, that is not confirmation that you are eligible.
